This measure highlights to what extent DACC motivates individuals to handle their cases in a manner that is non-punitive and does not create a barrier for individuals in their future endeavors. DACC’s priority population is individuals experiencing homelessness and the program’s main goal is to permanently stabilize individuals experiencing homelessness.
