Civil Judgments
If administrative orders and penalties issued by the TCEQ do not achieve environmental compliance, the agency may refer the matter to the Office of the Attorney General, where the enforcement is carried out as a Civil Judgment.
Civil Judgments Issued by Fiscal Year

Supplemental Environmental Projects
Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEPs) are environmentally beneficial projects that a respondent agrees to undertake in the settlement of an enforcement action. Dollars directed to TCEQ-approved environmental projects may be used to offset assessed penalties in Administrative Orders.
