environmental projects may be used to offset assessed penalties in Administrative Orders.
SEPs by Fiscal Year
Civil Judgments Issued
If administrative orders and penalties issued by the TCEQ
do not achieve environmental compliance, the agency may refer the matter to the
Office of the Attorney General, where enforcement is carried out as a Civil Judgment.

Compliance History
The Compliance History Report is provided as an annual snapshot of compliance history information. The dataset contains information about compliance history ratings for customers and their affiliated regulated entities (sites), and the customer’s record of compliance at a particular site during the past five-year compliance history period.
Complaints
Complaints received by the TCEQ are assigned an Incident Number. The information alleged by the complainant is documented and associated to that unique number and then further investigated. Complaints include customer names, released materials, media, and/or effects.
