All Permitted Sales Tax Locations and Local Sales Tax Responsibility
This data set includes all permitted sales tax locations that are currently active or were active at any time during the previous 48 months. If the location is no longer active, the date the location went out of business is included. The dataset includes both taxpayer-level information and location-level information. In addition, the dataset includes both the location’s “Postal City” — the city associated with the location’s mailing address — and the location’s “Jurisdiction City” — the city associated with the location’s physical address. A location’s local sales tax responsibility is determined by its physical address.
